Overview
Hearts4heart is a dedicated non-profit organisation, supporting, educating, and advocating for individuals living with heart disease. Our mission is to eliminate preventable strokes, deaths, and suffering for those affected by heart conditions.. We are seeking Volunteer Fundraiser to help raise vital funds that enable us to provide life-saving support and resources through organising and participating in fundraising events and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and participate in fundraising events, such as charity walks, and other community-based initiatives.
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing fundraising activities to maximise community engagement and donations.
- Engage with local businesses, community groups, and supporters to encourage sponsorships, partnerships, and contributions.
- Help spread the word about our mission and fundraising goals through social media, newsletters, and local networks.
- Support the team in setting up and managing online fundraising campaigns.
- Track fundraising activities and assist in providing feedback to donors and supporters.
Skills and Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fundraising and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Prior experience in fundraising or event coordination is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage others.
- Creativity and initiative in generating new ideas for fundraising activities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online fundraising tools is advantageous.
